Викрадене чуже майно зловмисник здав до ломбарду. Речовий доказ поліцейські вилучили.
До Кіцманського відділу поліції із заявою про крадіжку звернулася 30-річна жителька села Витилівка. Жінка повідомила, що невідома особа вночі проникла до її житлового будинку та викрала телевізор марки «Philips», вартістю 8000 гривень. Про це повідомляє відділу комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
Оперативники опрацювали коло місцевих жителів, які могли бути причетними до злочину. В результаті проведених розшукових заходів поліцейські встановили особу зловмисника. Ним виявився 23-річний односельчанин потерпілої.
За вказаним фактом проводиться досудове розслідування у кримінальному провадженні, відкритому за частиною 3 статті 185 (Крадіжка) Кримінального кодексу України. Санкція статті передбачає покарання у вигляді позбавлення волі на строк від трьох до шести років.
