Вчора, 31 березня, поліцейські під час проведення поверхневого огляду 37-річного місцевого жителя виявлили паперовий згорток з подрібненою речовиною невідомого походження та згорток фольги із порошкоподібною речовиною, зовні схожою на наркотичну.
Як повідомляє Національна поліція Чернівецької області, для з’ясування всіх обставин та документування на місце події виїхала слідчо-оперативна група Чернівецького відділу поліції. Вилучені речовини направили на експертизу.
За вказаним фактом відкрито кримінальне провадження за ознаками частини 1 статті 309 (Незаконне виробництво, виготовлення, придбання, зберігання, перевезення чи пересилання наркотичних засобів, психотропних речовин або їх аналогів без мети збуту) Кримінального кодексу України. Санкція статті передбачає позбавлення волі на строк до трьох років.
