Громадян Вірменії та Азербайджану, які працювали без відповідного дозволу на працевлаштування, виявили працівники Чернівецького МВ та відділу організації запобігання нелегальній міграції, реадмісії та видворення УДМС у Чернівецькій області в рамках операції «Мігрант». Про це повідомляє прес-служба Управління ДМС у Чернівецькій області.
Також в обласному центрі виявлено громадянина Азербайджану, який проживав на території України без жодних документів та громадянина Туреччини, який ухилявся від виїзду з країни після закінчення терміну перебування.
Усіх порушників притягнуто до адмін-відповідальності згідно вимог ч. 1 ст. 203 КУпАП та оштрафовано. Стосовно громадянина Туреччини прийнято рішення про примусове повернення.
Поза тим, за ст. 205 КУпАП до відповідальності притягнуто громадянина України за невжиття заходів до своєчасної реєстрації іноземця. На чернівчанина накладено адміністративне стягнення у вигляді штрафу.
