Чернівецька місцева прокуратура здійснює процесуальне керівництво у кримінальному провадженні, зареєстрованому за фактом вчинення мешканцем Чернівців кримінальних правопорушень у сфері незаконного обігу наркотичних речовин ( ч.1 ст. 307 та ч.2 ст. 309 КК України).
Встановлено, що в листопаді минулого року, 25-річний чернівчанин через поштове відділення переслав у м. Рівне, потенційному покупцю два згортки із фольги з наркотичними засобами – амфетаміном та бупренорфіном.
Також, у грудні 2018 року правопорушник, прийшовши на допит до слідчого та маючи при собі наркотичні засоби, добровільно видав 6 згортків із фольги з амфетаміном загальною масою майже 3 грами.
Досудове розслідування у вказаному кримінальному провадженні завершено, обвинувальний акт скеровано до суду.
