Злочинцю загрожує до 3 років позбавлення волі.
За інформацією Національної поліції Чернівецької області, до поліції надійшло повідомлення від 31-річного місцевого жителя про те, що невідома особа, перебуваючи в приміщені розважального закладу, з прилавку викрала мобільний телефон.
Вжитими оперативно-розшуковими заходами правоохоронці Новодністровського відділення поліції встановили особу, яка скоїла крадіжку. Ним виявився 37-річний місцевий житель.
За вказаним фактом розпочато кримінальне провадження за частиною 1 статті 185 (Крадіжка) Кримінального кодексу України, за що передбачено позбавлення волі на строк до трьох років. Проводиться досудове розслідування.
