Упродовж січня – лютого 2019 року суб’єкти господарювання нашого краю отримали 672 ліцензії, з них 384 – на право здійснення торгівлі у роздріб алкогольних напоїв та 288 – тютюнових виробів. За ліцензії на право торгівлі алкогольними напоями і тютюновими виробами місцеві бюджети Чернівецької області отримали 1,8 млн. грн. – повідомили в управлінні контролю за обігом та оподаткуванням підакцизних товарів Головного управління ДФС у Чернівецькій області.
Усього в області діє 4632 ліцензії на право здійснення роздрібної торгівлі алкогольними напоями та тютюновими виробами по 2154 суб’єктах господарської діяльності.
В рамках виконання заходів щодо зменшення тіньового обігу підакцизних товарів, у січні – лютому 2019 року проведено 41 фактичну перевірку суб’єктів господарювання, які здійснюють реалізацію алкогольних напоїв, тютюнових виробів та інших підакцизних товарів.
Найбільш поширеними порушеннями на теренах нашого краю є роздрібна торгівля алкогольними напоями за цінами, нижчими від встановлених мінімальних оптово-відпускних та роздрібних цін, без ліцензійна торгівля ними, зберігання та реалізація алкогольних напоїв та тютюнових виробів без марок акцизного податку та порушення вимог ст. 153 Закону України від 19.12.1995 року №481/95-ВР в частині заборони продажу алкогольних напоїв та тютюнових виробів особам, які не досягли 18-річного віку.
За результатами проведених перевірок застосували фінансових і штрафних санкцій на загальну суму – 619,3 тис. гривень,з них фінансових санкцій за порушення вимог Закону України від 19.12.1995 року № 481/95-ВР «Про державне регулювання виробництва та обігу спирту етилового, коньячного і плодового, алкогольних напоїв та тютюнових виробів» – 569,8 тис. грн.
Крім того, за продаж алкогольних напоїв особам, які не досягли 18-річного віку було анульовано 5 ліцензій на право роздрібної торгівлі алкогольними напоями та тютюновими виробами.
