Працівники поліції викрили особу, яка перевозила піщано-гравійну суміш без відповідних документів. Наразі проводиться досудове розслідування.
19 березня, у селі Стрілецький Кут Кіцманського району мобільна група ГУНП в Чернівецькій області виявила автомобіль «КАМАЗ», що перевозив 7 метрів кубічних гравійно-піщаної суміші. Транспортним засобом керував 26-річний житель села Ревне.
Як повідомляє Національна поліція Чернівецької області, для документування правопорушення на місце події викликано слідчо-оперативну групу Кіцманського відділу поліції. Автомобіль із вантажем вилучено, вирішується питання про накладання арешту на транспортний засіб.
За вказаним фактом слідчі внесли відомості до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за ознаками правопорушення, передбаченого частиною 2 статті 240 (Порушення правил охорони або використання надр) Кримінального кодексу України. Порушнику загрожує до трьох років позбавлення волі.
