18 березня, під час несення служби, група реагування патрульної поліції отримала повідомлення про те, що поблизу автостанції в селищі міського типу Путила нетверезий чоловік порушує громадський порядок. Про це повідомляє прес-служба ГУНП у Чернівецькій області.
Прибувши на місце події, поліцейські виявили 57-річного місцевого мешканця, який чіплявся до перехожих, висловлювався на їхню адресу нецензурною лайкою та не реагував на зауваження громадян. Поліцейські припинили хуліганські дії чоловіка й почали складати адміністративні матеріали за статтею 173 (Дрібне хуліганство) Кодексу України про адміністративні правопорушення.
Щоб уникнути відповідальності, чоловік запропонував працівникам поліції неправомірну вигоду. Поліцейські відмовились від грошей, повідомили про кримінальне правопорушення керівництво та викликали слідчо-оперативну групу.
За вказаним фактом вирішується питання про відкриття кримінального провадження за ознаками частини 1 статті 369 (Пропозиція, обіцянка або надання неправомірної вигоди службовій особі) Кримінального кодексу України.
