Порушник зізнався, що вирощує вдома коноплі та періодично вживає власноруч приготований канабіс. Чоловікові загрожує до трьох років позбавлення волі.
Як повідомляє Національна поліція Чернівецької області, 15-го березня під час санкціоновано обшуку у будинку 37-річного місцевого жителя, слідчо-оперативна група Сокирянського відділення поліції виявила та вилучила 300 грамів листя канабісу та вже подрібненої речовини, а також пристрої для вживання наркотичних засобів.
Відповідно до висновку проведеної експертизи, вилучена речовина є особливо небезпечним наркотичним засобом «канабіс». За вказаним фактом слідчі розпочали кримінальне провадження за частиною 1 статті 309 (Незаконне виробництво, виготовлення, придбання, зберігання, перевезення чи пересилання наркотичних засобів, психотропних речовин або їх аналогів без мети збуту) Кримінального кодексу України.
